Job Safety Analysis
Covers the setup, operation and pack-down of our audio, lighting, audiovisual and screen systems, reviewed before every event alongside a site-specific dynamic risk assessment (Take 5).
- Equipment covered: sound systems, stage and event lighting and truss, 3m to 8m screens and projectors, effects machines, generators and battery inverters, event seating
- Crew and PPE requirements, including two-person minimum crews on 8m screens and large rigs
- A likelihood × consequence risk matrix, with initial and residual ratings for every hazard
- Hazards and controls across site and environment, electrical and power, structures and manual handling, audience interaction and operations
- Emergency procedures, emergency contacts and incident reporting, including WorkSafe WA notification

Waste Management Plan
Sets out how our operations avoid, reduce, reuse and responsibly dispose of waste across event production, equipment maintenance and transport, for both Enchant Entertainment and Perth Pop-Up Movies.
- Scope: waste we directly generate (setup, pack-down, maintenance, transport). Audience-generated waste remains the host's responsibility under our Terms of Hire
- Waste streams: general waste, lighting consumables, hazardous waste (fuel, oil, cleaning chemicals) and seating end-of-life handling
- Minimisation: reusable equipment first, Velcro over single-use cable ties, bulk fluid purchasing, digital-first paperwork, rechargeable batteries, LED-first lighting
- Recycling: e-waste to City of Kwinana drop-off, scrap metal recycling, used oil recycling, sealed hazardous-waste handling
- On-site handling: spill kits, safe refuelling distances, post-event pack-down inspection
- Compliance: Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 (WA), Environmental Protection Act 1986 (WA)
