What we collect
Enquiry details. When you use our contact form, call or email, we collect the information you give us: your name, email, phone number and the details of your event. We only ask for what we need to quote and run your booking.
Basic analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, rough location, device and browser). This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
A simple page counter. The site loads a small first-party request (track.php) that records the page path, the referring page, your screen width and a timestamp, so we can see which pages are useful. It does not collect your name, email or any personal detail.
Server logs. Like any website, our host records standard request logs, including IP address, for security and reliability.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and plan and deliver your event. To keep proper business and tax records. And to understand which parts of the site are helpful so we can improve them. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run the business: our analytics provider (Google), our email and hosting providers, and our accountant or the tax office for record-keeping. Where the law requires it, we may disclose information to authorities.
Google Analytics is provided by Google and may process data outside Australia under Google's own terms. You can opt out site-wide using Google's browser add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to browse the site or contact us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to handle your event and to meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations, then we securely remove or archive it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email system is perfectly secure. Please do not send sensitive financial details such as card numbers by email or through the contact form.
