We supply and operate full ceremony PA with weatherproof microphones and amplified speakers for garden ceremonies and vine-lined aisles. Reception packages include dance floor uplighting in various colours, festoon string lighting for marquees or barns, ceremony audio for walking down the aisle, and background music throughout the reception. Our experienced AV operators manage all equipment on the day. You tell us the style and mood, and we deliver it. Additional services like wireless microphones for speeches, special lighting rigs, and dance floor projection are available as add-ons.

We specialise in full operation. Our operators run the event from start to finish, managing all AV from ceremony music through to the final dance floor fade. This means you focus on the celebration and we handle every technical detail. Most Swan Valley estates have accessible power near the ceremony or marquee site. We can work with standard 240V power points and carry extension cables. If power isn't available or is far from the setup area, we bring battery-powered PA systems that run ceremony sound without engine noise. Marquees and barns typically have power on site. Let us know your venue at the enquiry stage and we'll confirm exactly what we'll need.

Travel is charged at $90 per hour from our Kwinana base. We'll provide an exact quote once you confirm your venue. There are no hidden travel fees, and the travel charge is clearly separated in your written quote so you know exactly what you're paying.

Book with as much notice as possible, especially during peak season from September to May. Summer and autumn weekends fill quickly. For events during December and January, or Saturday nights in spring, we recommend securing your date as early as you can. Call us as soon as your venue and date are confirmed.

Yes. We monitor weather in the days before your event and plan accordingly. Outdoor wedding venues in Swan Valley experience wind and occasional summer heat. Our systems are fully weatherproof and we position speakers and lighting to handle typical Perth conditions. For festoon lighting in exposed settings, we secure it properly. If severe weather threatens, we discuss contingencies with you well in advance. All of our gear is tested and tagged, and we carry backup equipment.
