Marquee Wedding AV Hire Perth FAQ

Our marquee AV package includes a professional PA system with wireless microphones for speeches, a dance floor lighting setup with disco and colour-changing lights, festoon and uplighting to frame your marquee, and our experienced operator on site throughout the evening. All power requirements are managed, if your venue has no mains power, we supply a silent battery inverter or generator and include it in your quote. Everything is set up, tested and operated by our team.
Travel is charged at $90 per hour from our Kwinana base. This covers the full travel distance across Perth and South West WA. The $90/hour rate applies whether you're in the city or an hour's drive away. We'll calculate your exact travel cost and include it in your written quote, ask for the breakdown when you call or email.
Full payment is required before your event. There is no bond, no security deposit, and no payment needed just to enquire or get a quote. Once you're happy with our written quote, we'll send you invoice details. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card, whatever suits you best.
Book with as much notice as possible, especially if your wedding falls in peak season (November to April). Summer Saturday nights fill quickly. We recommend confirming your AV setup when you confirm your marquee hire with the venue. Weeknight or off-peak weddings can sometimes be arranged with shorter notice, but the more time you give us, the easier it is to guarantee everything is in place for your day.
Both options are available. Our fully-managed package includes an experienced operator on site from setup through the end of the night, they run the PA for speeches, manage lighting cues, and make sure everything works perfectly while you celebrate. If you prefer dry hire and want to manage the equipment yourself, we can arrange that too. For weddings, we always recommend the fully-managed option so nothing can go wrong on the night, but the choice is yours.
No problem at all. We supply a silent battery inverter that powers the full AV setup, PA system, wireless mics, all lighting, with zero noise and zero fumes. Perfect for garden marquees and outdoor venues. We can also bring a petrol generator if you need longer run time, but the silent inverter is ideal for most marquee weddings. Fuel and inverter hire are included in your quote, and we calculate the cost based on your setup.
We regularly service Perth metro and South West WA, Bunbury, Busselton, Mandurah and surrounding areas. Travel costs apply at $90 per hour from Kwinana. For remote locations, we quote on a case-by-case basis. All travel is included in your written quote, so you know the total cost upfront.
