Full equipment delivery, setup, operation by our experienced team, and packdown. All gear is tested and tagged. We configure everything to suit your venue and event flow.
Travel is charged at $90 per hour from our Kwinana base. This covers setup, operation, and packdown time plus travel to and from your venue. We quote all-inclusive, so you'll see the total cost in your written quote. For fundraisers across Perth metro and South West WA, allow travel time in your budget accordingly.
Full payment is required before your event. There is no bond and no security deposit. Getting a quote costs nothing and involves no payment. Once you approve the quote, simply arrange full payment before the fundraiser date. We accept various payment methods and provide a tax invoice with our ABN 55 936 767 411.
Book with as much notice as possible, especially in peak season. This ensures availability and gives us time to plan logistics and coordinate with your venue. Early booking also helps if your fundraiser requires any council permits or special setup. Contact us to discuss your date and event details as soon as you can.
We offer both. Our experienced operators run the entire event, managing the PA system, lighting, and screens so your team can focus on the auction, speeches, and fundraising. Alternatively, we can provide dry hire (equipment only) if you prefer to manage it yourself. Either way, all gear arrives tested and ready to perform.
A standard power point is ideal, though we can discuss power solutions if your venue is limited. We'll assess the space for speaker placement, screen visibility, and microphone coverage. Most halls, clubs, and outdoor spaces work well. Once you book, we'll confirm all venue requirements and advise on any adjustments needed.
Yes. We carry $10 million public liability cover and all equipment is tagged and tested to Australian standards. Our experienced operators are professional and qualified.
