Our standard package includes DJ-ready powered PA speakers, wireless microphones for speeches and awards, dance floor lighting effects, and moving head lights for festive atmosphere. You'll get professional-grade equipment that's fully tagged and tested. We can customize the package based on your venue size and event type, whether you need added uplighting, extra speakers, or premium lighting rigs. Both. We offer fully operated events where our experienced team runs all the AV during your party, managing lighting cues, mic levels, and DJ setup so you can focus on guests. We also do dry hire if you have your own technician or DJ. Operated events give you peace of mind and a polished result, but the choice is yours depending on your budget and what works best for your team.
We're based in Kwinana and service Perth metro and South West WA. Travel is charged at $90 per hour from our base, so depending on your venue distance, that's factored into your quote. For Christmas parties in the CBD or northern suburbs, travel is straightforward. Remote South West venues cost more in travel time, but we still service them. We'll calculate the exact amount when you get in touch.
Full payment is required before your event. There is no bond and no security deposit. There's also no charge to enquire or receive a quote, so get in touch to discuss your party without any cost.
Book with as much notice as possible, especially in peak season around November and December when corporate Christmas parties are back-to-back. We provide 48-hour written quotes, so once we have your details we'll get that to you quickly. Early booking gives you the best chance of locking in your preferred dates and gear.
Work with your venue on power access and floor space for speakers, lighting rigs, and a DJ booth area. We'll ask about your venue layout when quoting so we can advise on power points needed and positioning. On the day, our team coordinates setup with your venue, so communication beforehand makes everything smooth.
Yes. Beyond the standard package, we can add extra PA speakers for larger spaces, upgraded moving head fixtures, coloured uplighting to match your theme or branding, and other effects. Each add-on is quoted separately so you know the cost before you commit. Just let us know what you're after and we'll price it in your quote.
