AGM AV Hire Perth FAQ

Our standard AGM package includes a clear PA system sized to your venue, wireless microphones (chair, panel, and floor access), multiple screens for displaying financials and resolutions, and a clean audio feed ready for recording or live streaming. We'll work with you to confirm what's needed before the event. Additional equipment or custom setups are available as add-ons.
We offer both options. Our experienced operators can run the entire AV setup for you during the event, managing audio, screens, and recording feeds. Alternatively, we offer dry hire for equipment only if you prefer to manage it yourself. Either way, we'll ensure everything is properly tested and ready to go.
Travel is charged at $90 per hour from our Kwinana base. We service Perth metro and South West WA, so costs depend on your venue location and setup time. We'll calculate exact travel costs when you get your written quote.
Book with as much notice as possible, especially during peak season. This ensures we can reserve your preferred date and give proper attention to your AV setup. We provide 48-hour written quotes, so get in touch early to lock in your event.
Full payment is required before the event. There is no bond and no security deposit. There is also no charge to enquire or to receive a written quote from us.
We've worked with venues across Perth and South West WA and can advise on power requirements and setup logistics. Let us know your venue details when you enquire, and we'll confirm whether any special arrangements are needed. Our operators can problem-solve on site if required.
