We provide a complete show setup. The package includes reveal lighting synchronized to your cues, LED or projection screens for brand video playback, wireless microphones for presenters, confidence monitors so speakers can see their notes, and a professional show operator who runs the entire production from start to finish. You bring the content and the message. We deliver the technical excellence.
Our operator sits at the technical desk for the entire duration of your event. They manage all video playback, cue lighting changes to the exact moment your brand reveal happens, manage wireless mic channels so presenters are never without audio, display speaker notes on confidence monitors, and respond to any live changes you need. They run the show so you can focus on the message.
Travel is charged at $90 per hour from our Kwinana base. This covers delivery, setup and pack-down. We factor in the distance and complexity of your setup when quoting. Most product launches in Perth metro take 1 to 2 hours of travel time each way, depending on your exact location. The travel cost is included in your quote.
Full payment is required before the event. There is no bond and no security deposit. There is no payment required just to get a quote. We send you a written quote, and once you confirm the booking we invoice you for the full amount due on the date of your launch.
Book with as much notice as possible, especially in peak season. Product launch events often have longer lead times than regular events because of technical rehearsals and coordination with your marketing team. Contact us early so we can secure your date and we can coordinate technical planning.
You need standard 240V power at or near your stage area. We bring extension cables to suit most venues. If power is not available, we can bring a silent lithium battery inverter. For outdoor launches, we assess wind and lighting conditions on-site. Venue size depends on your audience and screen choice. We advise on the right screen size and recommend a technical site visit before your launch.
Yes. We travel regularly to Bunbury, Busselton, Mandurah and the South West. For more remote locations we quote on a case-by-case basis. Travel is charged at $90 per hour from our Kwinana base, and the exact cost is confirmed in your written quote. Call us on 0494 729 808 to discuss your venue.
