Our festival PA hire includes stage-front PA (FOH) and monitor speakers sized to your crowd, professional-grade stage lighting for evening sessions, silent generators and safe power distribution, and full stage management during changeovers. Our experienced operators run the technical side so you can focus on your event. All gear is tagged and tested, and we bring backup equipment to every job.
Travel is charged at $90 per hour from our Kwinana base. We calculate distance and duration to your venue and include that in your written 48-hour quote. For events across Perth metro and South West WA, travel costs are transparent and fixed before you commit.

Book with as much notice as possible, especially if your festival falls in peak season. Early bookings ensure we reserve your date and have time to plan your technical setup properly. Contact us as soon as you know your event dates to check availability.
We offer both. Our experienced operators can run the full technical operation for your festival, mixing FOH, managing monitors, controlling lighting, and directing stage changeovers. Alternatively, dry hire is available if you prefer to bring your own crew. We'll discuss the right option when you get your quote.
We provide silent generators and manage all power distribution safely, so you don't need specific on-site power. We assess your festival venue's layout, stage requirements, and crowd flow during the quote process. Our team can adapt to outdoor festival spaces, fair grounds, and community day setups across Perth metro and South West WA.
We carry $10 million public liability insurance. All our gear is tagged and tested. We provide proof of insurance and compliance documentation upon request. For council-run festivals or community events requiring contractor credentials, we have everything ready within 24 hours of booking.
