We supply a professional PA system, wireless microphones for your speakers and award presenters, full system operation by an experienced operator, and complete setup and packdown. Equipment is all tested and tagged. Whether it's a formal awards night, end-of-season presentations or a social gathering, we handle the technical side so your club focuses on the event itself.
Travel is charged at $90 per hour from our Kwinana base. This covers the distance and time to reach your venue in Perth metro or South West WA. The PA system cost depends on your venue size and equipment needs, which we confirm during a 48-hour written quote after your enquiry. There are no hidden costs, and travel is always charged on top of the hire at $90 per hour and shown in your quote.
Full payment is required before your event. There is no bond, no security deposit, and no charge just to get a quote. Once you're happy with your written quote and book with us, we confirm final payment details. This keeps everything straightforward and protects both parties.
Book with as much notice as possible, especially during peak season when we're busy on weekends. Weeknight events can often be arranged with a few weeks notice, but we recommend giving us four to six weeks for formal club events where you want to lock in your preferred date. Included with every booking are the PA system, wireless mics for presentations, professional operator, setup and packdown. Extras available depend on your venue and event style, think lighting for evening events, music playback, additional microphones, or visual screens. We outline all options in your written quote so there are no surprises.
We can fully operate your event with an experienced operator running the PA and lighting through your presentations and social program, or provide dry hire if you have someone running the gear. We cover Perth metro and South West WA including Bunbury and Busselton. We discuss travel time and costs in your quote, and all our gear is insured with 10 million dollars public liability.
We'll discuss your venue's power availability and layout during the quote process. Most suburban and country club venues have the power we need, and we carry extension cables. If your clubroom or outdoor space is tight, let us know during enquiry and we'll confirm equipment fits. We'll visit if needed to assess the space and ensure everything runs smoothly on the night.
