Stage Lighting Hire Perth FAQ

Our stage lighting package includes moving head fixtures, LED wash lights, profile spots, uplighting, haze machine, and controller. All gear is tagged and tested to Australian standards. Delivery, setup and packdown are charged as travel at $90 per hour from our Kwinana base, on top of the hire. You can book dry hire for equipment only, or with an operator to program and run the lights throughout your event.
Travel is charged at $90 per hour from our Kwinana base in Perth, always on top of the hire. This applies whether you book dry hire or with an operator. We service Perth metro and South West WA locations. Ask for your travel cost when you get your quote.
Full payment is required before the event. There is no bond and no security deposit. There is no payment required just to get a quote. Request a 48-hour written quote, and we'll send you fixed pricing. Once you confirm the booking, the full amount is due before the event date.

Both options are available. Dry hire gives you the equipment and controller for self-operation. Alternatively, book with one of our experienced operators to program and run the lights throughout your event. Our fixtures include quiet LED technology, so the lighting rig won't compete with your audio.
Stage lighting requires standard 240V power accessible to the lighting rig location. Our team will assess your venue's power capacity and layout during planning. We cover Perth metro and South West WA, and we can advise on site setup, rigging points, and sightlines once you've booked.
Yes. Our LED wash and uplighting fixtures are quiet because they use silent LED technology rather than discharge lamps. Moving heads and controllers operate silently as well. If you're running audio for a presentation, concert, or dance event, the lighting rig won't add any background noise.
