Our packages include bright projection systems and screens sized for your room, presenter microphones (lapel and handheld options), playback sound systems, and breakout-room PA setups when needed. We can also record your sessions or live-stream them to remote participants. All gear is professionally tested and maintained. What you need beyond these depends on your venue and training format.
You can choose either way. Our experienced operators will run the technical side of your training day, seminar, or workshop, setup, sound checks, playback, streaming, and monitoring throughout. Or if you prefer, we can provide dry hire equipment for you or your team to manage. We recommend operated hire for larger events or when you want to focus entirely on delivery.
We operate across Perth metro and South West WA from our Kwinana base. Travel is charged at $90 per hour. This covers our technician's time getting to and from your venue, plus setup and breakdown. We're happy to discuss your specific location when you call for a quote.
Book with as much notice as possible, especially during peak training season. There's no charge to ask a question or get a quote. Full payment is required before the event. We don't take a bond or security deposit, just full payment upfront. We'll provide a 48-hour written quote so you know exactly what to expect.
Most training venues have power available. We'll ask about your venue's setup when you describe your needs. Internet for live-streaming depends on your venue's connection speed. During the quote process, let us know if you need streaming, and we can discuss bandwidth requirements and any backup options.
Yes. We regularly set up training events with multiple breakout areas, each with their own sound and screen. This works best when you give us plenty of notice so we can plan the technical layout and bring the right cable runs and amplification. Chat with us about your room layout and group sizes, and we'll tailor a solution.
Recording is straightforward, we'll capture audio and video to a file you can distribute afterward. Live-streaming to remote participants is also an option if your venue has good internet. We handle the technical side so your presenters can stay focused on content. Discuss these when you book so we bring the right equipment and plan the schedule around recording needs.
