Stage hire pricing depends on the height, footprint, and configuration you need. Our modular deck systems start from a base price and scale with complexity. Delivery, professional setup at the height and footprint you specify, and packdown are charged as travel at $90 per hour, on top of the hire. We provide 48-hour written quotes. Travel is charged at $90 per hour from our Kwinana base, always on top of the hire. This covers the return journey and setup time. A typical metro Perth event (Subiaco, Fremantle, Joondalup) is charged as a single travel cost. Longer distances or regional venues (South West WA) are quoted individually. Ask for an exact travel cost with your written quote.
Full payment is required before the event. There is no bond, no security deposit, and no payment required just to get a quote. We provide a fixed written quote within 48 hours of your enquiry. Once you're ready to proceed, we'll arrange the payment method that suits you.
Book with as much notice as possible, especially during peak season. Off-peak events and weekdays can sometimes be secured with shorter notice. Early booking ensures you get the configuration and date you want.
We supply and set up modular stage decks at any height and footprint your venue needs. Standard inclusions are the decks themselves, risers, steps, skirting to hide underneath, and safety rails where required. We handle all setup and packdown. Add-ons like lighting rigs, backdrop frames, drape, and trussing are available separately.
Yes. Our modular system allows us to build stages at the height and footprint you specify. Whether you need a simple single-deck setup (200mm height) or a multi-level stage with stairs and safety rails, we design it for your venue and event. We assess your space during the quote phase and confirm the exact configuration.
Yes. We operate throughout South West WA, including Bunbury, Busselton, Mandurah, and regional areas. Travel costs are calculated at $90 per hour from Kwinana. Ask about your location when you enquire, and we'll provide a full quote including travel.
