AV Equipment Hire Perth FAQ

What AV equipment can I hire?

We hire PA systems and speakers, stage lighting, modular staging and trussing, projectors and screens, and power and distribution. We size everything to your venue and crowd, and it all comes tagged and tested.

Can I hire the gear dry, or do you run it?

Both. We can deliver and set it up as dry hire for you to run, or send an experienced operator to run it on the night. Tell us which you prefer when you enquire and we quote it either way.

Do you deliver, set up and collect?

Yes. We deliver, set up and test the gear, and collect it after, with the right cabling. Delivery is charged as travel at $90 per hour from our Kwinana base, always on top of the hire. For dry hire we make sure it is set up and ready for you to run, and for operated hire our technician stays and runs it.

Is everything insured and tested?

Yes. We carry $10 million public liability cover and all electrical equipment is tagged and tested to Australian standards. A Certificate of Currency is available on request for venues and councils.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Kwinana and cover the Perth CBD, the northern and southern corridors and regional WA, including Fremantle, Rockingham, Mandurah and the South West. Travel is charged at $90 per hour from our Kwinana base, always on top of the hire, and shown in your quote.
