Perth metro and surrounds, plus regional WA. We work in school halls and community centres, and at venues including the Perth Convention Centre, Crown Perth, Optus Stadium and Joondalup Resort.
Most school productions and musicals land between $3,500 and $6,500, depending on the size of the show, crew hours and how much lighting you want. Smaller events like assemblies start around $700. Every quote is itemised, with no hidden fees.
Both. We can drop off and set up a package for your staff to run, or bring our own crew to operate lighting, sound and vision live, from the tech rehearsal through to the final bow. Most schools have us run the bigger musicals, productions and formals end to end.
Yes. We invoice schools and P&Cs on standard net 30 terms with a clear itemised quote up front. We know how school finance committees and bursars work and make approval easy.
Yes, $10 million public liability plus equipment and worker cover, which meets every WA school and council requirement. We can email certificates of currency straight to your compliance officer or business manager on request.
Yes. Every Enchant crew member on a school site holds a current WA Working with Children Check, and we're happy to send copies through for your records before the day.
For major productions and formals, four to eight weeks is ideal so we can lock in crew and gear. We will always try to help with shorter notice, and assemblies or carnivals can often be turned around in a week or two.
Always. We plan load-in around class times, assemblies and hall bookings, and we're used to tight after-school turnarounds, early carnival starts, and packing down quietly once the students have gone.
Absolutely. Primary and secondary discos, socials and outdoor Christmas carols are some of our most-booked events, with DJ rigs, dance-floor lighting and weather-ready PA.
