It depends on the event. School events run from $700 to $7,000, conferences start from $1,200, awards nights from $2,500, and weddings and community events are quoted individually. Every quote is itemised and includes delivery, setup, operation and pack down.
Delivery, bump in and full setup, a sound and lighting check, a trained operator for the event, live operation, and pack down afterwards. Insurance and compliance documents are provided on request.
Yes. We hold $10 million public liability insurance and can email a certificate of currency on request. It meets WA Department of Education and standard venue requirements.
Yes. All Enchant staff and contractors hold current WA Working With Children Check cards, with documentation available on request.
Productions, formals and weddings ideally 8 to 12 weeks ahead, conferences and larger events 4 to 6 weeks, and assemblies, discos and smaller events 2 to 4 weeks. Term 3 and Term 4 are our busiest periods.
Both. Operated hire includes our crew delivering, running and packing down. Dry hire is equipment only. We recommend operated hire for productions, formals and weddings.
Yes. Battery powered PA and silent generator hire are available for ovals, gardens and marquees without easy mains power. Weather contingency is part of every outdoor quote.
All Perth metro suburbs from Joondalup to Mandurah and Armadale to Fremantle, plus Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River and regional WA. Travel is calculated from our Kwinana base and shown transparently in your quote.
Yes. We invoice schools and P and C associations on standard Net 30 terms, and no deposit is required for school bookings.
We carry backup equipment to every event, including spare microphones, cables and a backup mixer. A senior operator attends major productions, formals and weddings personally.
