Small primary productions usually sit at the lower end. Big secondary musicals with band, full lighting rig and live mixing go higher. We’ll give you an itemised quote within 48 hours so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes. We invoice schools and P&Cs on standard net 30 terms. We know how school finance committees work and we make it easy for your bursar to process.
Yes. We hold $10 million public liability insurance, plus equipment and worker cover. We can email certificates of currency to your venue’s compliance officer or facilities manager on request.
For productions, formals and graduations, ideally 8 to 12 weeks ahead. For smaller events (assemblies, sports carnivals, discos) 3 to 4 weeks is usually plenty.
If you’re a last-minute booking, call us anyway. We sometimes have gear and crew available on short notice.
